Room No. 2 is located on the ground floor of the house. It has a double and a single bed; it has it's own private bathroom, air conditioner, a fridge in the room, cable TV, Wi-Fi, safe box, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room has its own table in the courtyard in the shade. There are two kitchens on the ground floor: a large summer kitchen and a small kitchenette with separate cookware and tableware sets for each room.

There is also a sitting area in our yard, equipped with barbecue and an outdoor shower, all surrounded by many flowers, plants and seasonal fruits: kiwi, grapes, tangerines, fig. Pleasant atmosphere in our yard is completed with quiet and relaxing music.

There is a terrace on the first floor in the shade of kiwi, with swing, garden furniture and a reading corner. The terrace can be freely used by all guests.

From the yard, a path about twenty meters long, leads directly to the beach and there is no crossing of the street or traffic. The beach is sandy and the sea is shallow and suitable for children. The sea is warm in this part, there are no big waves and the depth is entered gradually. There are other beaches nearby where the sea is deeper.

There are some additional offers free of charge so that your stay here is more pleasant: basic toiletries and small towels once a week, changing bed sheets also once a week, free use of our little home library, and board games for kids. There is a Wi-Fi access point on each floor of the house, so the signal is full in every room and outside. Our accommodation meet very high standards in hygiene and each room is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. Check in 13:00, check out 09:00. The rooms on the ground floor share one parking space in the yard and parking is arranged on the basis of „first come first served“. In case it is occupied, there is a parking lot nearby which is charged on a daily basis. There is also free parking nearby.

There are also other additional offers available on chargeable basis: washing machine, room service (changing towels and sheets every day, toiletries, cleaning upon request). We can also organize and arrange for you airport transfers, excursions, rent-a-car, hairdresser, manicure, massage, night fishing etc.

Part of Igalo we're in, generally has lower temperatures than the rest of Igalo and Herceg Novi, which is very pleasant during the day and especially at night. There are shops, restaurants, sports courts, luna park, public bus transport in our vicinity - everything you need for your stay here. The pedestrian zone called Šetalište pet Danica, Spa Centre Igalo and Tito's villa are also nearby. Between Tito's villa and Spa Centre there is a tiny coniferous forest with a circular path suitable for relaxation, walking and exercise, and for lovers of active holidays we suggest a visit to the villages in the hinterland with a panoramic view of the bay. Herceg Novi is rich in cultural and historical monuments and is an ideal starting point for visiting nearby destinations.
