Ktima Amitsa Studios & Apartments is located outside of Sarti, on the west coast of Sithonia, with a beautiful view of Athos. The accommodation is about 130 meters from the beach and is a good choice for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a natural environment, with easy access to beautiful beaches and a pleasant stay.

We offer a total of seven accommodation units, all located on the ground floor.

The studios are intended for the stay of two adults and one child. They consist of a kitchenette, a bathroom, a double bed and an extra bed.

Apartment Eleni is suitable for up to four adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are also two sofas in the living room, each intended for one person.

The accommodation unit Aspa, organized as a maisonette, can accommodate four adults and two children. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional toilet. In the living room there is a sofa designed for two people.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and table fan. The kitchens have one or four hotplates, a standard or large fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine, while only the Aspa unit has a large oven. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub or shower with a curtain. On request and with an additional charge, it is possible to provide a baby cot.

Each accommodation unit has a veranda equipped with seating, overlooking the courtyard.

Pets are not allowed. Guests are provided with a parking space.

Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

Ktima Amitsa Studios & Apartments is approximately 45.4 km from Nikiti, 28.1 km from Toroni, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is approximately 133 km away.
