Costa's House is located in an extremely quiet part of Nikiti, in the old town center, far from the hustle and bustle. This location makes it a convenient choice for families and guests who want a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The accommodation is about 1.5 km from the sandy beach and promenade in Nikiti.

We offer one house with an area of about 85 m², which can host up to six adults. The living room with the kitchen is located on the upper ground floor and is equipped with a three-seater and a two-seater. From this space you can access a large, covered balcony with a partial, distant view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stove and large refrigerator.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with one double and one single bed, and next to the room is a bathroom with a shower and a curtain. A hair dryer and a washing machine are also available to the guests. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with one double and one single bed, and next to the room is a toilet.

The house has three air conditioners, one in each room, internet connection, TV in the living room and mosquito nets on the windows.

Cleaning the house, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. Pets are not allowed.

There is a barbecue in the yard next to the seating area, and guests are provided with a private parking space.
