Akti Studios is located in Nidri, near the sandy and pebble beach and about 200m from the center of Nidri. It offers guests a fantastic yard, private parking, free Wi-Fi and a shared barbecue. It has an excellent price-quality ratio, while the position is almost perfect, near the beach, close to the center, and in a quiet environment. The nearest market and bakery are 100m away. It has double rooms (without kitchen) and studios (with kitchen) for two to five people. The units are distributed on the ground floor, on the first and second floors. Double rooms and studios (18m2) each have two separate single beds, and three-bed studios (about 24m2) each have one French bed and one single bed. The four-bed apartment (32m2) has two rooms that are not separated by a door, with one double and two single beds and is located on the ground floor. Studios and apartments have a kitchen (a stove with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a chamber), while the rooms are without a kitchen. All accommodation units have air conditioning, WiFi internet, LCD TV, bathroom, terrace, safe for storing valuables and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third or fourth day (depending on the length of stay). A baby cot is available with a mandatory note when booking. Guests have at their disposal a fantastic courtyard by the beach and a small private parking lot (with a limited number of spaces). The beach is not large, it is a combination of sand and pebbles with crystal clear water, with sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee. The reception is open during the day for all the help and information that tourists need. Akti Studios is the ideal accommodation for anyone who wants to spend their vacation in a villa on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet very close to all the happenings.
