Potidia Apartments is located in Nea Potidea, Halkidiki, about 450 meters from the sandy beach. The accommodation is suitable for a family vacation, but also for the stay of several people who want a joint vacation in a peaceful environment.

There are three types of accommodation units on offer.
The studio is located on the ground floor and is designed for up to four people. It consists of one room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and there are two French beds in the living room.

The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of four people and has a living room with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a double bed in both bedrooms.

The two-bedroom apartment is organized on two levels and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the first level, at the height of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there is an open sleeping area and an additional bathroom. There are double beds in the bedrooms, while in the attic there is another double bed and a sofa intended for two children.

On request, within the price, it is possible to provide a baby cot.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned. TV is not provided, but free WiFi internet is available to guests. The kitchenettes are equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates and a large refrigerator with a freezer, while a dishwasher is also available in one accommodation unit.

Each unit has a veranda or balcony with seating, overlooking the sea or the courtyard, depending on the location of the accommodation.

Guests can use the barbecue in the nicely decorated yard, and there are deckchairs available that can be taken to the beach without additional charge, with the obligation to return to the yard at the end of the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of hygiene themselves during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and a shared washing machine is also available in the facility.

Parking is possible in front of the accommodation itself or along the street where the facility is located.

There is a bakery nearby, whose van visits the accommodations every morning and offers fresh pastries, which guests often perceive as a pleasant detail of their stay.

Potidia Apartments is 16 km from Afitos, 22 km from Kallithea, 40 km from Pefkohori and 10 km from Sani Beach, while Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 62 km away.
