Maria House is an accommodation in Nea Peramos, close to the sandy beach. We offer two larger apartments that overlook the courtyard and the street. The owners are very friendly and available to guests. In the yard there are furniture for sitting and barbecue.
The beach is 450m away, and the nearest store and supermarket Masoutis are about 300m away. The church is located across the street, and next to the accommodation there is also a school where children can play.
The accommodation was renovated in 2017. We offer one family apartment on the ground floor and one apartment with three bedrooms on the first floor. For 2026, only the apartment on the ground floor will be available for reservations.
The five-bed apartment (50m2) has one French bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people and one sofa bed in the living room. It is not possible to add an extra bed. In the living room there is also an equipped kitchen with a mini stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. This apartment has a small terrace overlooking the street.
The eight-bed apartment (90m2) has three bedrooms with one double bed each. The kitchen is separate and has a pull-out sofa the size of a small French bed, a large refrigerator, a mini-stove with an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. In the living room there is another sofa on which one adult can sleep, and an extra bed can be added if necessary. The apartment has two terraces, one with a view of the courtyard, and the other with a view of the street. This unit also has a washing machine.
Both apartments are air-conditioned, have wireless internet, TV and mosquito nets.
Apartments are cleaned after guests leave. During their stay, guests maintain their own hygiene. They are provided with cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner. Spare sheets and towels are in the closets, and if another set is needed, guests can contact the owners.
There is a shower in the yard. The table with chairs in the yard and the grill are intended for guests of the large apartment on the first floor.
Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets. The owners can help them with that.
Maria House is a good choice for families or larger groups looking for quality accommodation near the beach.
