Maria Apartment is an accommodation located not far from the beach and the city center, so the first souvenir shops, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
The accommodation is 100m from the city beach, 130m from the nearest supermarket, and about 300m from the beginning of the promenade. In the vicinity of Limenaria, there are a large number of famous beaches that you can visit during your stay, such as Tripiti, Metalia and Atspas.
It is a duplex apartment on the second floor, with a view of the sea. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other room has three single beds, each opening onto a terrace. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator. The apartment is designed for a maximum of six people, five adults and one child who would sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a TV and air conditioning.
There are also four three-bed and two two-bed studios on the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there are two three-bed studios, number 5, which has one double bed and one single bed, and on request, the owners can add an extra bed, and number 6, which has two joined single beds and another separate single bed.
There are four units on the first floor. Two-bedroom studio number 1 has two joined single beds, and double studio number 3 has one double bed. The three-bed studios numbered 2 and 4 are arranged in the same way and each has one double bed and one single bed.
Of these, only the units on the first floor have a view of the sea.
All studios have a bathroom with a shower and a curtain, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove, a kettle and a small refrigerator.
All units have air conditioning, internet, TV and mosquito nets.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every five days.
Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, turn right as soon as you pass Zagos rent-a-car. As soon as you go down the hill, you will see Maria Apartment on the left side.
