Maison Elea Apartments are located about 120 meters from a sandy beach with turquoise sea. The accommodation is intended for a family stay and includes modernly decorated apartments, a swimming pool and a landscaped yard.

We offer apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the building, with a maximum capacity of up to six adults. The ground floor apartment is designed for up to three people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a sofa for one person, as well as a bathroom.

The apartment for up to five people is a maisonette on two levels. The lower level, located on the first floor, contains a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with an extra bed and another bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa for one person.

The two-room apartment, also a maisonette, has a lower level in the basement with a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the ground floor, there is another bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and an additional bathroom. In the bedrooms there are double beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person. This apartment can accommodate up to five adults.

The largest, three-room apartment is a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, located on the first floor, there is one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, in the attic, there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. There is a double bed in each bedroom, and the apartment is designed for up to six adults.

Elea 1 is a two-room apartment of 85 m², with two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two terraces overlooking the pool. The capacity of the apartment is up to five people.
Elea 2 is a one-room apartment of 55 m², with one bathroom, living room and kitchen, two terraces with a view of the garden and capacity for up to three people.
Elea 3 is a three-room apartment with an area of 115 m², with two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, as well as two balconies with a view of the pool, intended for a stay of up to six people.
Elea 4 is a one-room maisonette with an area of 85 m², with two bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, two terraces with a view of the garden and capacity for up to five people.

All apartments are air-conditioned, with air-conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom. Guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, safe, hair dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a four-ring ceramic hob, large oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. A baby cot can be provided on request, at no extra charge.

Terraces and balconies are equipped with seating and offer a view of the garden and pool. In the yard there is a swimming pool, deckchairs by the pool and an area for preparing the barbecue.

Pets are not allowed. Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Guests are provided with a private parking space next to the building. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to pay a reservation deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage.

Maison Elea Apartments are located about 6 kilometers from Nea Roda, about 8 kilometers from Tripiti, from where ferries to the island of Ammouliani depart, while Thessaloniki Airport is about 102 kilometers away.
